CAN I RETURN/REFUND MY ORDER?
as part of health and safety due to the coronavirus, we may not BE ABLE TO accept returns once you have received your order. These terms do not affect your statutory rights however if you wish to refund your order before your order has been shipped, please contact us at CONTACT@BVDLVD.UK for more information & help.
if Any error is made on our part we will do our best to compensate you. however, you may be refused a refund if an error is made by yourself.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
you may not exchange your order for a different item on this store, however, if you order the wrong size and would like to change it, please get in contact as soon as possible. once the stock has been allocated, we will not be able to amend the order. this is usually 7 days after the merch drop goes live.
